Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard shipping takes 4–7 business days depending on location.

Q: Do you offer tracking?

A: Yes. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Q: What if my order is delayed?

A: Contact us at support@thearufa.com and we’ll assist immediately.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they enter production.
Once production begins or the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: Yes, COD is available in selected pincodes. A small COD handling fee may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: As all Arufa products are made to order, we accept returns or replacements only in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect prints, or damaged items.

Q: Do you accept exchanges?

A: We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
If there is a verified issue with your order, we will arrange a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Q: How do I report an issue with my order?

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Our team responds within 24 hours.

Q: Is there a return pickup charge?

A: Return pickup charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Q: What if I received a damaged or wrong product?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thearufa.com, along with clear photos and your order number.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Q: How are refunds processed?

A: Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in exceptional cases, at our discretion.
In most approved cases, we offer store credit for future purchases.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Q: Why was my refund rejected?

A: Refunds may be declined if:

  • The item is worn or washed
  • The issue was reported after 48 hours
  • The item does not have a verified defect
  • The request falls outside our policy

Payments & Products

Q: What if my payment fails?

A: You can retry the payment or place a new order.
If the amount is debited but order didn't generate, it will be auto-refunded by your bank
