Shipping Locations
The Arufa currently ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing & Production Time
All Arufa products are made to order.
Orders typically take 2–4 business days to be printed, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).
This processing time includes:
- Order verification
- Printing and quality checks
- Packaging
- Handover to our courier partner
Production begins shortly after an order is successfully placed and verified. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days (including production and shipping).
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. The Arufa is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation for COD
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact customers for confirmation before processing.
Failure to confirm the order may result in cancellation.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email.
In some cases, tracking updates may be sent directly by our fulfillment partner.
Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to become active after dispatch.
Delivery Completion
Delivery is considered complete once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the provided shipping address.
Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Origin (RTO)
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Incorrect address details
The shipment may be returned to us (Return-to-Origin).
Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense, subject to approval.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
The Arufa is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delays
While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Arufa shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
