Shipping Locations

The Arufa currently ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing & Production Time

All The Arufa products are made to order.

Orders typically take 2–4 business days to be printed, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

This includes:

  • Order verification
  • Printing and quality checks
  • Packaging
  • Handover to our courier partner

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

In some cases, tracking updates may be sent directly by our fulfillment partner.

Tracking information may take a few hours to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery up to three times.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

The Arufa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, but we will assist wherever possible.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If your order appears delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us for assistance.

🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

At The Arufa, each product is made to order with care and precision.

Because of this, we accept returns or replacements only in specific cases, as outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us at support@thearufa.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind or preference
  • Fit issues
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Custom, made-to-order, or limited-edition products
  • Sale or clearance items

🔄 Exchanges

As our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If there is a verified issue with your order (such as damage or an incorrect item), we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit, where applicable

❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation is not possible.

In eligible cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion as a gesture of goodwill.

💳 Store Credit

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on The Arufa
  • It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Validity: 6 months from the date of issue

💸 Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in exceptional cases, at our discretion.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
